Low DHEA, Normal cortisol levels. Please interpret my results?

So, finally, after two years of speculating and frantically researching whether my thyroid had been downgraded, my mercury fillings had been chipped and entered into my bloodstream or I experienced a mini stroke, I saved up enough money for a saliva cortisol test. There results are in the link below:

My practitioner claimed that the reference ranges have been changed recently so the optimal levels are inaccurate. I have yet to see him. My DHEA is not chronically low, but it is still not within the ideal range for my age or sex. This doesn't really reflect my symptoms since I've been experiencing many debilitating symptoms for over two years, from brain fog, chronic fatigue and poor stamina to weight gain and neurological symptoms. I've recovered from my adrenal crisis but not completely, and I'm sure my DHEA would have been very disturbed two years ago.

I really don't know where to go from here. I know that my practitioner will suggest an adaptogen and conventional DHEA supplementation - and I've already experienced many paradoxical reactions to thyroid medication, vitamins and herbs. The risk of DHEA supplements (even in small doses) may not be worth it, I can't regress.

I'm a male in my early 20s and this has been incredibly challenging to deal with. I just need to identify the best recovery plan to enjoy my life again. Thank you.
