What has helped me more than anything to get rid of swelling is:
- activated charcoal, I could actually feel it pulling fluid from my legs when I took it at night
-take a sitz bath - this really helped with the swelling in my ankles (makes sure you lay on your back with your legs up against the bathtub wall the last 15 min with cold water, this will help get your lymph system flowing
- diatomaceous earth
-Vitality Capsules work wonders with bowel movements (Dr Jennifer Daniels )
-watermelon with seeds
-seaweed chips, helps with bowel movements & swelling, I am sure because of the minerals
