Re: I've defriended Boron

Something else going on; my hunch.

"So now I've titrated the Boron up to 9 mg, but it's making me feel awful. I've also bumped up the Iodine to 400 mcg.

Some bad side effects:
- muscle soreness like the flu
- feeling nauseous
- feeling depressed
- over-emotional, cry at the drop of a hat"

Iodine may have this effect at sub-optimal levels, we have seen it several times at the VWT Iodine Forum . Mg dosages needed to overcome it. search bromide, like here; http://www.breastcancerchoices.org/bromidedominancetheory.html

What I did in the beginning of supplementing iodine, boron etc; was to quit it completely for a week or two, just to make sure what caused what.
Then re-introduced it one by one. In my case I found out they only highlighted my problems, brought them up to surface, so to speak.

Also, be careful with combining supplements like Iodine with Seroquel and Benzo. Question what caused the situation in the first place. Search adrenal fatigue, hypothyroid.. http://www.stopthethyroidmadness.com/long-and-pathetic/
