Stillbattling.....Bugger! I have been washing everything in the heated cycle with added washing soda thinking that would kill them.

I also store have stored all of my shoes in the freezer for two days after wearing them.

Maybe it's not enough. If you're right I need to do the same.

God, to think all this time it could have been that.

YEP that's what I meant by a 'round" . Two weeks of Alben.

I have put orange circles for Alben and yellow circles for Moxi on every day of my calendar according to ICU's protocol. It shows up the days I dont have to take anything and the days that I only take one or both. It saves a lot of stress and helps me feel more in control.

I appreciate your input regarding your experience. Guess I better get myself a pair of crocs today. (rubber shoes)
