Help please again identify candida/ worms

Hi to anyone reading thanks for taking interest.
I knew I had a yeast infection for years but this bad? The base of the jug is 15cm/ 5.9 inches is it's not speck. I believe there is a pinkish looking worm in there too. Very different to the other worms I've been clearing out. And only today did my doctor say it's all in my head! Where do I go from here? Thinking a sheep drench probably triclabendazole to kill the flukes too.
