Kidney infection, antibiotics, WF - again

I posted a couple of days ago about having a kidney infection but not having health insurance. I was extremely lucky - I told my story to a friend who promptly freaked out.

I didn't know this but apparently it is possible for untreated kidney infection to get out of control and spread from the kidneys and through the blood which can be very dangerous. So she called a favor on a family member who is a GP and who agreed to look at my urine test and write me a prescription for a broad-spectrum Antibiotic for free -- I didn't pay for the exam, I will only pay out of pocket for the antibiotic. I am extremely grateful for this.

I will start taking it tomorrow but I had a question - are Antibiotics compatible with fasting / modified fasting? I know it depends on the drug and the illness, how is it for Antibiotics ?
