My husband is considering for Afib, High Blood Pressure and Snoring

I am considering for Histamine Intolerance and food sensitivities and hypothyroidism.

I wish there were an easier way as this is expensive

Looking into Buteyko Breathing Therapy and Egoscue to see if there are any immediate helps while we try and determine if the OSB appliances are worth the cost.
