dry fasting advice
Hi everybody, I have been doing some reading on dry fasting and it looks to be an amazing tool for healing. I am going to begin my first attempt in a week or so. I am going for 24-72 hours, I will listen to my body and decide when to stop based off that
Mind you I have done a 30 day
Water Fast before, so I have some experience with this stuff
I have a lot of questions, so feel free to give advice or answer only one or a few of the following, thanks guys!
-what kinds of injuries/diseases has dry fasting been known to heal? I have a lower back injury, knee injury, and some skin problems I would like to heal as much as possible
-what are the major signs to stop a fast, and what is the best way to do so. if i were to do a 3 day dry fast, would it be smart to do a 3 day water fast? or go straight to solid/liquid food
-what is typical FAT loss with dry fasting, I know you will lose a lot and most of it is water, so what would your guys guess on fat loss be? in say, 3 days
-how long does the metabolism stay lowered after a 3 day dry fast? if I typically eat 2500 calories a day, what would be a safe amount to eat daily and for how long?
-how long do people usually feel drained for after a dry fast? is it dependant on how toxic you are?
if all goes well, I think I will try to begin a weekly 1 day dry fast. would this be recommended? I know many people do a once a week
Water Fast and it is strongly recommended, by dry fasting sounds to be quite potent. but I imagine the more you fast, the less toxic you become and thus it becomes easier and easier
thanks everybody I appreciate all the previous brave fasters and there willingness to share their experience and knowledge
