local farm

I get mine from a local farm, raw frozen, in a plastic bottles.

It is the first milk, taken from a cow within the first 3 days after a calf is born.

Farmers always milk the cow and keep some of it frozen for later. After awhile, they have too much, and are willing to sell it, if you ask nicely.

No processed milk can be compared to the raw milk, low heat or no heat ... it is still highly processed to remove all water and some fat to make it into powder.

Natural colostrum raw milk is very fatty and contains natural bacteria.
It is yellow in color, due to high fat content.

Natural raw milk is white in color.
