Thank you for posting this here, otherwise I may not have seen it. Yes, it is a lot of good information. I started listening to the first show, but did not finish it yet, daily schedules you know.

It is so good to hear from you. I am currently fasting due to a lot of mucus, AF, Hypothyroid and other small issues.

Yes, energy is the new wave. But I have read that East Indians, the Chinese and Japanese were in this field thousands of years ago. All living things are energy, so is our thought. We all have our own box where the energy lives inside. Once the outer box is dead the energy goes back where it came from.

I can just go on with this subject. I am very interested in the Yuen Method. Could you please send me a PM with some info. Thanks.
