After Hurricane Katrina all peppers grown in the area where changed to a different kind (better for Daleks not so good for us). For now the only place to get the real thing is from a few backyard gardens and India..

..always amazing how quickly forces can join together to eliminate things like hot peppers, Absinth.. the list goes on and on.. no matter if those nations are currently at war, they always come together to implement these rules.. makes me warm and fuzzy..
