Juices are easier to assimilate than whole vegetables.
You drink a new type of juice when hungry, depending on your stomach between 45 min and 2-3 hrs are necessary for non-starchy juices and smoothies w veggies. It depends also on the quantity you drink - bigger juice, slower digestion. Green juices are diggested the fastest after fruit juices.
