VERY small little white things in my urine?

Good lord, what next. Just urinated, and saw a bunch of small little white things in my urine. At first I thought they were small bubbles, but upon looking closer realized they were actually small little white looking things. I'm talking smaller than a pinhead. As I've said in other posts, I'm sure that I have disseminated strongyloides..would these be some stage of those coming out in my urine?? Have had kidney pain for almost a year as well, first on the right side now on both sides. Kidney tests have come back normal though, along with a CT of the abdomen. What the hell are these things?? I am freaking out. God help us all.
