Don't know where to turn, or what to do.

Sigh..so a doctor told me if I had a disseminated infection of parasites, I'd be sick in bed with 104 to 105 degree fevers. I am certain that I have disseminated strongyloides..and have had it for about 2 to 3 years. I just slowly keep getting worse. I tried a brief ICU protocol, but got constipated and lost my hearing. My hearing still hasn't returned after 2 weeks of being off the meds. So anyway, does anyone know of a good parasitologist? I need answers to some of my questions..like is it possible to have disseminated strongyloides with 3 negative ELISA blood tests? Or am I totally crazy? I herxed like crazy during the brief time I was on the ICU protocol. I guess..I want to know how long I might have to live yet..being that no one will listen and help me, and I'm afraid of taking another dose of the ICU protocol because the 1st dose left me practically deaf. I have too many symptoms to list, suffice it to say that I have every symptom I've seen talked about here. I don't know what to do.Also, had a sinus CT scan recently for possible sinus infection, showed no infection. Would a CT scan like that be able to detect strongyloides?
