IMO the culture should be the best.

I also did a test called TAMEY. a caution - make sure the lab is VERY RELIABLE I mean that they really perform the tests and do them properly. otherwise its a waste of money/time. mine was like that. and also that they culture/test the sample RIGHT AWAY after collection.

I also have prostate fungal infection BUT in the past I had bacterial also. for example Streptoccocus could be overgrown in the prostate also. they are of course linked with colon/gut infection.

if you can reduce/cut back on sugars, coffee etc would be a good idea although I know how hard it is with yeast infection.
