Missing/late period?

Hi, i am worried that my period isn't coming, i think i had my period early last month and it is already mid this month and i have no signs of my period coming.

I don't know what could have causes this other than me stressing a little bit(mainly crying) over skin issues(basically eczema, rashes and even hives all over)

Could it be yeast infection? Im not sure if yeast infection stops period, i have been having white discharge previous days excessively, but i have always had them as far as i remember, my right vagina lip itches when i scratch it at times.

I am definitely not pregnant since i am still 18 going on 19 and a virgin.
