seborrheic dermatitis treatment (what worked in my case at least temporarily)

I have had Seborrheic Dermatitis on my face for the past 4-5 years. Tried a few treatments with cream (cortisone I think it was) but they never worked and I lived with it, especially as the flare-ups seemed to come and go.

However, I took the Antibiotic AZITHROMYCIN for a respiratory tract infection and it seemed to have cured the the Seborrheic Dermatitis (it is no longer visible on my face) at least temporarily.

The dosage I took was for skin and skin structure infections as well (according to the box).
