During water fasting, you can take short walks, combined with long relaxation.

If you try to work out after the first day, you will faint, cause your blood Sugar and blood pressure may go too low.

And your fasting will fail.
Fainting is a way how body protects you from yourself and from doing stupid things that can cost you life.

Read some books on water fasting, before jumping on the train.

Water fasting is not a weight-loss diet.
It is more of a spiritual experience.
