I feel like I've become very unhealthy. I want to become free of my addictions (food/alcohol) and give my body space to heal and recover health.
My plan is:
- Eat light/healthy, 5 days
- Juice fast, 5 days
- Water fast, 10 days
- Juice fast, 5 days
- Eat light/healthy, 5 days, testing foods according to the Coca Pulse Test

Does this sound like a good plan?
I would extremely appreciate if someone could do this along with me. I've struggled with bulimia for 10+ years, so fasting is very difficult for me.
