liver flush and Hemorrhoids

I know andrea moritz doesn't recommend doing a Liver Flush while having hemorrhoids (external in my case); however, has anyone done the flush either way?

if you lube the area before and after each BM, does anyone know if it would be ok?

I don't want to delay the flush and who knows when that sucker is gonna be gone..
