Have there been many reports of gains from using glucosamine sulfate (GS) and a reduction in consumption of vegetables in the "nightshades" family?
The sulfate form of glucosamine, not the cheaper HCl form, has been helpful to me and two relatives. my knee will start to crackle and I'll feel it if I don't take GS regularly.
I've not tried the reduction in nightshades yet but I fear I will eventually need to do more to avoid the surgeon's knife.
