another 7 lbs in 13 days
So I lost my first 7.5lbs in 8 days. then I stalled for 3 weeks.
My good news is I'm losing again. I've lost another 7 lbs in the last 13 days. I had to increase my negative charges.
Just shows that weight loss and alkalinity go hand in hand:)
When I lost my first 7.5 in 8 days, I ran out of alkalinity.
Moving from a size 7 down to a size 5 needs a bit more boost. The other changes I made was:
1. I dropped the nuts&seeds, and replaced it with coconut oil in my tea.
I find nuts add curves, but coconut drops weight.
2. I quit potatoes.
3. I increased high water foods. I'm consistently eating a long english cucumber and/or celery.
But I added
Watermelon just before lunch. And most important is several cups of
Watermelon as the last thing in my tummy.
I never realized before that
Watermelon makes for an incredibly happy pooper. I'm cleaning out even more!
I also have an upcoming post about my waist:) I'm FINALLY below 30" yay! First time since I was 26:)
