Hi, I was similarly confused, but besides inner cleaning I wanted cleaner skin and losing weight, so tried Naturalmax Enerix. I did not honestly believe that it would work, but after 3 weeks I can say that the results are fantastic:) I feel lighter, healthier and my skin also looks much better. There should be stuff stucked in our colons... Tweet
