I've been treated for candida, taking nystatin twice. With no effect.

Also tried herbal and diet approach (no carbs, coconut oil, oregano oil, garlic..) with no effect. I also did the spit test, but didn't see any signs. However, when I eat a lot of food at once (especially sugar), the coating on my tongue, mainly at the very end, get's a lot worse.

So I am really confused if it's actually candida or not.

Just recently I got diagnosed with low levels of imunoglobulin A (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Immunoglobulin_A).

Could that perhaps be the cause of the issue?
