Re: blue vervain

vaseline... ?? Don't you have virgin coconut oil? Why use capsules? treat it as a food...
Here is what I do since I have V. hastata growing on one side of my house (and doing fine!) I picked two leaves starting today and added them to my morning green juice (started may the 2nd) fyi mainly dandelion leaves and pieces of root, stinging nettle, sorrel, fennel ferns, lovage, and whatever other green that I care for and may forget for now (like a banana or piece of avocado) I add frozen pineapple chunks as much as I need to make this palatable, add 5 or 10 grams of vit C + citric acid.

Getting out in the garden every morning can be a spiritual act also as one takes living parts of plants and say thank you for these wonders, my heart spreads out to whole mother earth in gratefulness...

This is not a recipe, let it be an inspiration towards a better healing and health overall,

We used to make cranberry cocktails with our verbenas: officinalis and hastata. But if you want to avoid the alcohol, you can always use very hot water over the tincture. Blessings on you and your family.
