I think all fasters should see this video. Although we may know benefits of fasting, this doctor actually explains it with Science and studies from their pracrtice.

This doctor is also funny, I warn you it is a long video, but if you set aside some time for it, you will learn sooooo much. I am actually planning to watch it again.

One thing to I follow and got reconfirmation from this doctor is everyone should fast even if you are a healthy eater, just a few days a year for maintenance purposes.
