Hi everyone, so I am suffering from Candida from long-term use of Antibiotics . So I went on the traditional Candida diet with antifungal's and probiotics. I went through the typical die off which sucked of course but as time went on I was getting weaker and it was progressively getting worse. After a couple weeks I was not even able to walk up the stairs and I knew this cannot still be die off so I figured it was my diet. After more research I found the low fat high carb 80 1010 diet. I was super scared to start eating a bunch of fruits since it's such a taboo on the traditional Candida diet but I was so weak and desperate I decided to give it a try. I started with low Sugar Granny Smith apples and within two days I was back in the gym! Most of my symptoms have decreased but the only thing left is I still get extremely fatigued and tired after after I eat a large meal and it carries with me throughout the rest of the day. Is this still a symptom of Candida? I would say I've been on this diet for a little over a month so I'm not sure if I need to just give it more time or if this is a symptom of another issue? I'm still on Antifungal's and probiotics as well. I have also had 2 colonics. I am going through a phase of trial and error so I have had a couple cooked veggie meals to see how I would tolerate it but for the most part I am on raw. I have stayed away from fats of any kind during this.
