Re negative emotions contributing to illness?

When our nervous system is in the parasympathetic, (flight or fight), our cellular regenerative ability is slowed down, and if we stay long in that state, our physical systems start failing.

We are chronically in this mode when we are emotionally trapped, and thus symptoms of ill health are accelerated.

Traditional oriental medicine has associated certain meridians with specific emotions.
Anger w the liver
Fear w the kidney
Anxiety w the parasympathetic

If our challanges are more social environmental than physical infection or toxin ect ect, we are dealing with the basic Denial, Anger, Guilt, Grief fields, where one of the fuels is Fear.
False evidence appearing real, and as u refered to in your suposition the more aware we are the less we will find fear as an interpretation.
Facing delima and refusing our chosen avoidance behaviors is the natural way we process past each limited emotional state.
