Hi, all!!!

It has been quite a while since I did much at CZ or other health forums.

Am now busy with my main occupation, preaching and teaching the Bible.

Also, repairing/restoring a modest 3 br 1 ba home built in 1952, a 1972 Chevy pickup and a 1990 Chevy Blazer.

Involved as well with a new community garden project that promises me an opportunity to share what I learned from Moreless and others here with my town. Needless to say, the trucks come in handy there. May end up one of the new generation of urban farmers about the time most retire, in my mid 60's.

Have more strength and mental energy than many much younger than I am, thanks to applying accurate knowledge from the Bible as well as basic principles of food quality/choice I learned here.

Would love to hear updates from some of the other early adopters of this protocol from 6-10, years ago, like refreshed and grz, etc.

Hope that the archives telling about our health journeys are easily accessible and still being used. Would also love to hear the success stories of some of the more recent folks I may not yet know.
