Where to get root canal tooth properly extracted in asia?

Hi there,

I have an infected root canal and am looking to get it extracted with a holistic dentist, since its crucial to get this done properly, (normal dentists won't remove periodontal ligament, dead tissue,bone etc). Now my problem is that i live in thailand and i just couldn't find a single holistic dentist in this country.

So i was hoping someone in here knows a decent holistic dentist somewhere in asia?
I been googling for a while now and just couldn't find anything. The only one i found was Dr.Gaba in the phillipines but his earliest appointment is in 1 month and i really don't want to have this tooth inside me that much longer.
