Re: Please help, can't tolerate Vitamin C
The Vitamin C council does not recommend Ester-c
Here is the link for info on that:

I have a friend who has been taking it for years and has continued bone density loss. I just got her to switch to plain ab
sorbic acid , as most of the Vitamin C endorsing Drs recommend.
My husband has a much higher tolerance when he adds baking soda to the vitamin c and water, I put it in a smoothie with fresh pineapple or orange and that helps me. Liposomal is much easier on the body from what I've read and is considered 5-10x more effective than oral, which is why on lyposomal they recommend to take much less. I've also read that the best to get c is using all different methods.
I'm not sure what is in the Costco pills but I would take powder over pills, because it's just pure ab
sorbic acid .
I took dmps pills to pull out mercury, (from
vaccinations I had as a child). Went to a dr who does chelation and iv vitamin therapy, he gave me that and chelation w EDTA. Then I started on vit c in powder-ab
sorbic acid , that was a week ago and I've been feeling better than I have in years. It all seemed to help, I'm also on high count probiotics and gut healing nutrition shake powder. I'm veg and eat very clean, have up medications and OTC and chemicals 15 years ago, so my diet was not the problem. Like I said I felt good, but a few days after I started I bought E3Live Brain On and it did just that, my brain turned back on. I'm about to 6g vit c now and increasing about 1g a day. My gut is healing but I did have a bad reaction to some sunflower seeds, major stomach pain, last night, so my journey has just begun.
Good luck to you I hope you find a way that works for you.
If you want a more natural route to removing mercury, large amounts of garlic, blue green algae or chlorella, and vitamineral green is what my husband took before and after removing his amalgams, look up the protocol from a natural minded dentist.
