Chemical Reaction when Mixing Hydrogen Peroxide and DMSO?

What chemical reaction happens if you make a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and DMSO (dimethyl sulfoxide)? I am trying to create a mixture that takes advantage of the solvent property of DMSO and its ability to get absorbed into the skin, as a method of delivering hydrogen peroxide to a diseased part of the body through the skin pathway (transdermally). That diseased part could very well be a tumor. The mixture would be applied topically on the skin in the area of the tumor. The idea is that the hydrogen peroxide, when delivered to the tumor, will kill the microbes inside the cancer cells of the tumor, and by doing so, will revert the cancer cells into normal cells...

The hydrogen peroxide would of course not be 100% but much less; say, for example, 7% hydrogen peroxide + 93% water solution.

Theoretically this idea might work, but I'm not sure if mixing hydrogen peroxide and DMSO will produce an adverse chemical reaction that might turn it into something else that is no longer beneficial and maybe even toxic to the body! I am not a chemist and I do not have any idea what will happen when the two are mixed. So I would really appreciate your help in this regard.

Thanks in advance for your help!
