I have been making my own juice and getting it from fresh juice vendors who juice it in front of you. I do not like those places because they buy cheap fruits and vegetables which are not organic, but convenient.

I drink about 20oz juices twices a day. In the evening I change my concoction to Berries, bananas, apples, DE, sometimes honey.

I have started my supplements today again, I do not want to do without them for a long time, just skipping while I was flushing.

Liver Flush helps in many ways. It makes my erection better too, I guess with clean system the bood flows better.
