Hi. 50 gamma for RI sounds pretty high. I only stay within the 30g-45g therapeutic range, as prescribed by Dr. Shallenberger, and I do RI pretty much every day, depending on my herxes. Are you working with a doc for ozone? I recommend you join 2 Facebook ozone groups: Ozone for Health and Ozone for Wellness. The latter group includes an ozone clinician who is very knowledgeable and gives good advice. I've learned a lot through these groups and got me going on a solid protocol for my health needs.
