Castor Oil packs are a good treatment for specific and general internal problems.
Lots of good info on line.
The regular method works great if we do a regimin of treatments and some will administer the CO straight on the abdomen/liver area wout any cloth, and then securely cover w plastic wrap , not tightly, w a tee shirt or--, and sleeping all night w it or evan going about daily activities.
