Day 10

hello to those that have made it this far!

feeling absolutely glorious today. it was a hassle getting in the minimum drinks yesterday but i managed

i actually do see a difference in my face! lost a total of 14 pounds so far

again, i am drinking my tea late because i had to work this morning.

so dawn, you still with me? you say your going off soon? i hate to hear that cause you have been a crutch! but i am for sure going the whole 21 days.

tounge today is almost completely white! i told my sister that and she said, yup, you still got plenty of elimination to go, i said yup and so i am in it for the long haul

bm are pretty regular, i don't have three a day but it looks like it is settling to about two a day, which is fine

i cannot believe i made it this far!!! i am actually very proud of myself.
