Comprehensive stool test results interpretation

Hi,

I did a comprehensive stool test couple days ago and I just got the results. Can someone please interpret the results and let me what I have? I have been suffering from fatigue, muscle weakness, brain fog, weight loss, penile/urinary tract pain, abdominal (front/back) pain, digestive issues, and many more for the past 3 years. I really hope I can get some feedback regarding the test results.
