Day one starts tomorrow...I am so ready

I went to my local health store, and I swear they seem to have a section just for this cleanse!lets see I have my spring water, 10 lemons,3 limes, my smooth move tea, my Sea Salt , my frame of maid is, I will get all the nurishment I need, BUT!!, bowel movements all very inportant to me...LOL...and I swear I have read just about every thing here at the forum, but the Bentonite and Psyllium, thing I still cant figure out, where do i get it, maybe just direct me here on the site where I can read more about it
