The longest I've fasted was 5 days as well.

Man, I looked fantastic after, but it was a LOT of mind games I had to play.

Just a word of caution, if your saliva PH is below 7.2, fasting will just make you more acidic.

But if you are a healthy 7.2, fasting is usually easy.

I may do a fast in a couple weeks, I'll come find you if you still are fasting :)
