Re: religion
One very good reason that folk who study religions and the thoughts behind them think of Jesus (Yahovshua, God is my salvation) as a bhuddistic student.
The truth couldn't be further away, there was a constant trade of ideologies between asia, africa, europe and the Americas through that little crossways called is-ra-el.
And his own words do a much better job of summoning up an understanding of what a healthy relationship with Yahowvah (God, the three-in-one) does-
... Without the addition of all the negative connotations which our current western culture casts on the 'business' of religion-

'A religion that is pure and stainless according to God the Father is this: to take care of orphans and widows who are suffering, and to keep oneself unstained by the world.' (ISV)
Considering the historical records passed to us (Enoch -> Jasher -> Moses -> Jewis historical records -> Mathew, Mark, Luke & John -> NT and Records beginning with Constantine )
There is one simple thread of spotless life, and a metric poopton of tangled and disharmonious strands that split off from it long ago.
What can I say?
When you meet someone walking in the path Jesus did, you can feel and enjoy the difference.
