I was in the same position - I can't handle drinking coffee and so assumed the same would be case for coffee enemas.
I have been doing Liver Flushes for 5 years, and a few weeks ago did another and decided to try a coffee enema.
If I drink coffee I get very bad mood swings, it seems to drain my body and leaves me very anxious and exhausted.
However, with the coffee enema it has been completely different and in the last few weeks I have done perhaps 10 now.
The first one I used two heaped tablespoons of organic ground coffee, and not long after I got a caffeine hit - it was really quite intense and scared me hugely as I thought I was going to have a huge panic attack, but I am very pleased to report it passed as quickly as it started and since then each time I have not felt this. Generally I get a positive buzz from the caffeine, but none of the negative effects I still get if I drink coffee.
I would definitely recommend giving it a go - if you are nervous start slowly and use only a little coffee and work your way up.
