Yes I did catch that about not using herbs and meds but I was not sure if he meant ALL herbs period or just anti-parasitic herbs. I was taking some strong, and I mean strong, herbs along with the meds to significantly reduce die-off.While I did not do any cleanses at the time, a Bowel Cleanse could have possibility been beneficial while killing all of those parasites, tapeworms, and flukes.
