Why is my MCV high with a high serum B12 AND Folic acid?

I had a blood test where my MCV was a little high which indicates a deficiency of b12 and folic acid. The only thing is when I had a serum b12 and folic acid test, both where a little high. Does anyone have any ideas on the reason for that?
