Best Electro-Medicine Machine for my Budget

I'm looking for the best electro-medicine machine for my budget (max $3,000). What do you think of the Photon Genie, Violet Ray Machine, GB-4000, or FScan? Any other good ones to consider? The intended use is mainly for cancer and shrinking tumors.
