I have bone broth, frozen berries, and juice. I planned on juicing fruits, green veggies, and drinking bone broth. Im actually not juicing, but blending all fruits until it is nothing but juice.
I have a good blender(Blendtec). Is this ok? If so how long? Any other suggestions? I also plan on continuing my probiotics, because they have been helpful.
Since Im not actually eating any food, but juicing, should take more probiotics?
