Parasites in throat: How to get rid off it?

There are parasites in throat. Can feel them moving. After taking dewormer (Black walnut, wormwood, clove and other herbs, digestive enzymes etc.) it moves but doesn't get killed. Going on for over 6-months. It could be ascaris or tapeworm or even both (as see dead ascaris and segments of tapeworm in BM)

Any suggestion, how to get rid off it?

I'm battling with liver flukes, intestine flukes, ascaris, Tapeworm etc. While systematic dewormer is killing the ones in other parts of the body, the ones in throat just don't die.
