Back pain and testicle pain

Hello everyone,

I am somewhat new here. I started having AF symptoms about 3 months or more ago. Recently (about a month), I have had really bad pain in my lower back (both sides near adrenals) which occurs at the SAME TIME as testicle pain (feels like I got punched there). It is like a dull ache (but VERY painful) and comes and goes at random times. It definitely seems worse when I am more tired.

I also have other symptoms like general fatigue, weak knees, light sensitivity and headaches.

I was just wondering if anyone has experienced the symmetrical lower back pain that comes and goes and any males that have had it WITH testicle pain. I think my testicles may have atrophied a bit too which makes me think the pain comes whenever I am severely depleted and the glands are exhausted. Otherwise, it could be infection of the testicles... Tweet
