Later edit: because SD is for a few weeks just a bad memory I forgot something to tell you of something I used with great great success: sulphur soap!

Guys, believe me, what others are preaching of Dead Sea Salt and other things, sulphur did on my face. Absolutely instant results - of course, don't imagine that it will clean you entirely. But it had an immediate effect cleaning the flakes, loosening the redness and making the excess seborea disappear.

I used it in the shower in the evening and then again in the morning, before going to work. All for half an euro. Tweet
