The sinus problems could be related to having your tooth out. I had a constant sinus problem with a disgusting smell inside my head. Nobody else could smell it. I had it for over six months.

My dentist removed a molar and it went away immediately. The molar did not show any large infection on X-ray , just a slight one.

I dont have any experience with internal parasites, so cannot help with an opinon on your other symptoms, sorry. Best wishes.

(I had skin parasites)
