Please help me. No one will help.

Hi, Iv'e never done this before, and I'm sorry in advance because this is pretty gross. At this time though, Iv'e been so sick I'm willing to try almost anything to get well. Please only nice responses. I just want to get well without being treated like I'm crazy or that it's my imagination. I have never been treated so badly before by the medical field. I was bullied when I was younger but my bullies never even treated me like I was insane. I finally had to call patient representative, have my mom call the hospital, and bring my boyfriend with me since my mom can't come in person due to living so far away. After all this, they are finally starting to run some tests and taking me a bit more seriously. Anyways, I'm desperate and want some help because Im not getting better. The first doctor I saw at the hospital diagnosed me with pinworms and gave me two doses of albenzole. She never let me do a stool test though and after complaining I was finally granted only one test which makes me concerned since I have never heard of finding it with one test especially after taking medicine. I got almost well when I was on medicine but after the second dose they would not give me any more. I felt okay for a week after not taking medicine with some symptoms that I barely noticed and now I got sick again. Ill list all the symptoms I can think of below and if I need to elaborate I can. I have also posted some pictures of some early photos during the medication. I don't have pictures for everything though but I did also see white worms (one thin and the other thick. I also passed something black the size of my pinky twice. It was one to two inches. Not sure if it was anything but the first time I saw it it was burried in my poop so I didn't see it right away but it did seem to have white teeth looking things going down the middle? The second time I saw it it was black size of pinky thickness and about 2 inches long. I also saw something that looked similar to a rope worm about the size of my finger at one point. I collected it and was thinking what is this?!? I brought it to the doctor but they wouldn't take it. (At this time, they said they would let me take it in then changed their mind when I got there and havent let me have a stool test before, after complaining I was finally granted only one stool test and haven't seen that since... I also saw a black thing that was flat about the size (not shape) of a mushroom. Not sure if these were anything but since I don't have the pictures of those I thought I would mention them as well.

Overall symptoms since beginning:
Bloating
· Short loss of speech, walking, and arm use
· One occasion of sharp pain in arm during ER visit
· some pain higher on right side near rib cage and jumping pain on the left side of belly button
· Headaches (loss of mobility functions including the total loss of being able to speak and difficulty walking-during this time sharp pain and numbness in arms) (back of head pain and almost unbearable I would scream in pain) (Also felt tightness in the brain)
· Dizziness
· Light headed
· Difficulty thinking
· Abdominal pains
· Pain on both sides of lower back and right side of belly button
· Anal itching
· Goo and white “dandruff” coming from hair follicles near vagina area
· Single visible moving white worms (one thick and one not) seen at least twice
· Visible small pin worms attached in a white pus ball
· Sometimes having to use the restroom every thirty minutes
-blood in stool
-black stool
-nausea
-fatigue and weakness (can't stand up for very long)
-fever
-rash

Symptoms that I have now:
- extreme fatigue and weakness(it's hard to do simple chores or walk to do something-keep in mind that I am young and was athletic during high school so I should not be this weak)
-fever
-nausea
-some minor anal itching
-white "dandruff" stuff coming out of pores in hair folicles and urinary tract area (Last time I was at the doctor they said this was yeast-taking medicine for it now)
-dizziness
-pain on right side of belly button (main source of pain most of the time)
-(sometimes a jumping feeling pain on the left side of my belly button
-high blood pressure (was measured at the doctor I glanced but maybe like 150 something but not sure the beeping noise went off for a warning) (I was only sitting down and not active)
-at some times difficult thinking and talking
-Losing weight ( I lost 3 to 4 pounds in 1-2 weeks after stopping the medication) (No change in diet)
-Bloating
-pooping white pus
-sometimes having to use the restroom every 30 minutes


Other things that may be important to know:
I lived overseas in Asia for a year a few of years ago. I travel a lot and have been all over the country. I have international friends from all over the world including Africa, Asia, and Europe. I used to drink and eat after people after living overseas due to a cultural thing. I stopped doing it maybe a year ago. Last summer I drank #4 most contaminated polluted California northern mountain water in the state. I didn't know it was contaminated since I was only there for the summer and I drank it to save money. I found out a couple of days ago, and I drank that water for the 3 months that I was there. I have a very weak immune system and for the past couple of years have gotten sick literally every 3 months. I also became gluten/dairy intolerant during this time because it would make me feel sick after eating it. My foot also got infected when I was in Asia from tripping on a nail.

Any kind of help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I just graduated from college and learning to take care of everything myself. I moved to a big city a couple of months ago, and I started to get sick in late Feb. I just want to get better, so I thank you in advance for helping me. (Please only nice responses. Im honestly so tired of being treated like it's my imagination.) And again, Im sorry in advance for this being so gross. This whole situation has given me a even greater compassion towards people who experience this kind of thing and are who treated so badly.
